Rooted in Light Retreat
The Experience | Rooted in Light
a soulful retreat designed for the creatives who need to be poured into.
For the ones craving inspiration, grounding, and honestly, a warm hug.
A space to rest, to feel nourished, and to reconnect with your fire so you can step into the next season feeling rooted, inspired, and lit from within.
Leave feeling grounded.
Seen.
With a spark gently reignited, and a new light through which to see your work and yourself.
Location - Mother Lion Bay View
❋ IGNITION — Remembering the Spark
We begin by creating light with our own hands. During a candle-making workshop led by Katie from Big White Yeti, you’ll pour intention into two candles— one to take home as a reminder of the spark you carry, and one to gift to someone who could use a little extra light in their life.
❋ NOURISH — Grounding the Soul
We will tend to our soul through a tea ceremony and custom blending, led by Daniela from Growing up Rooted. You are invited to slow down and listen inward to your body, heart, and the season you’re in.
❋ EXPANSION — Play, Expression + Vision
Creativity awakens through embodied storytelling.
The styled shoots invite movement, intimacy, laughter, and connection…
a steamy couple and a playful family, each reflecting a different expression of light.
❋ INTEGRATION — Rest + Carrying It Home
The day closes with nourishment and warmth,
food, meditation, and optional soaking or sauna,
allowing everything experienced to settle into the body.
Rooted. Seen. Lit from within.
Retreat Day - Lead by Katie Findlay and Kari Fellabaum
The Rhythm of the Retreat
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.
